Who processes your information

How long we keep it

Payments

You can pay the WritSpeak Team directly (for example by Kaspi transfer), and the team gives you an access code. When online checkout is open, payment is handled by PayPal. WritSpeak never receives your card or bank details. For an online payment we save the plan, billing period, amount, currency, your country (worked out from your connection or chosen by you; no GPS is used), PayPal's payment and order references, and the payment status including any refund. We do not save your name or email from PayPal. An access code is shown once after payment and then removed from our payment record. The code record shows only the plan and its dates.

Deleting your information

To see or delete what is saved for your code, email the WritSpeak Team at support@writspeak.com with the last 4 characters of your code. Free users can clear their device number in the browser; scores linked to it can also be deleted on request.

Children

If you are under 18, ask a parent or your teacher before using WritSpeak.
